This instrument was purchased directly from an authorized refurbishing center, who more than likely purchased it directly from the manufacturer. Though listed as a "used/2nd hand" item it is actually like new! The reason these instruments are listed this way is to avoid fraudulent warranty claims. The refurbishing centers, and our store, are required by the manufacturers to label them as used. These centers test, check and fix any minor flaws that might have been incurred during the manufacturing of the instrument. They make sure the instrument is in top playing condition before shipping it out. We also personally inspect each instrument before listing it and again before shipping it.
